Agent Connectors let Aline AI reach into the tools where your contract context already lives — Gmail, Outlook, Fireflies and Gong — so it can draw on that information when it reviews, drafts and answers questions. Each connector has separate read-only and read-write permissions, so you control exactly what Aline can see and do. Agent Connectors shipped in Release 802, with more connectors planned.
Available Connectors
Gmail and Outlook — email where contract threads and attachments live.
Fireflies and Gong — call recordings and transcripts where terms get discussed.
Read-Only vs. Read-Write
Each connector is granted at one of two levels:
Read-only — Aline AI can reference the source (for example, read an email thread) but cannot change anything in it.
Read-write — Aline AI can also act in the source. Grant this only where you want Aline to do more than look.
Step 1: Open Agent Connectors
Open Admin & Settings → Integrations.
Select Agent Connectors.

Step 2: Connect a Source
Choose the connector you want (Gmail, Outlook, Fireflies or Gong).
Sign in to that service and approve the access it requests.
Set the permission level — read-only or read-write.
📷 Screenshot suggestion: the connect dialog and the read-only / read-write choice. Confirm the exact labels before publishing.
💡 Best Practices
Start read-only and move a connector to read-write only when you have a reason to.
Connecting a source usually needs an admin; line up that access first.
Connect only the sources whose context you actually want Aline to use.
