What is document forwarding?
Document forwarding is a feature in Aline that allows a document recipient to easily forward the document to someone else in their internal team (e.g. legal, director, etc.) for review.
Benefits of Document Forwarding
Enabling document forwarding allows your recipients to forward a contract to their internal team (e.g. legal, director, etc.) for internal review without having to request access from the document originator. This allows teams to collaborate quickly and efficiently, resulting in higher productivity.
Document forwarding also helps your organization maintain control over contracts and documents, as only approved personnel have access to forward the documents.
