A Group is a collection of users in Aline (e.g., Sales, HR, Finance). Creating a Group allows you to set up access controls for documents in Aline's system for Groups of people much more easily.

When adding users to your Group, you can easily set their access control to documents stored in Aline's repository. This is done by assigning the appropriate access level for each contract type in the Group settings. The different levels of access are Edit, Suggest, Comment, and View for each contract type.
